Policy Statement

As soon as we receive your contact information, we will confirm all your information with you.  We will then send you your introduction packet with lots of information and maps to help you plan your wedding and honeymoon.

We accept American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa.  We also accept certified or cashiers checks, personal checks and money orders.

All weddings must be paid 30 calendar days before your ceremony.  If we do not receive final payment 30 days before the wedding date, we reserve the right to cancel your wedding. 

If a wedding is booked with less than 30 days notice, payment must be made in full by credit card or certified check.

All weddings begin promptly at the appointed time.  Any delays will result in additional charges for all vendors involved in your wedding.

Please bring your license to the wedding and give it to your minister.  We cannot have a ceremony without it.  You will either be charged additional time if we have to wait, or your wedding will be cancelled. 

If you need to reschedule, your deposit will be applied to that new date.  If you need to cancel more than 30 days before the wedding, $200.00 will be retained to cover our time and expenses to that point, plus any site fees and vendor fees that have been paid.  Funds are non-refundable for cancellations less than 30 days.

If a site check is needed, there will be a $75.00 charge.  Larger weddings requiring additional personnel for the wedding or the reception will be charged $50.00 per hour.  Wedding rehearsal charge is $100.00.   Reception coordination is $200.00 per hour.

Privacy Statement

All information gathered by Bridal Bliss of Kona, LLC will be used solely for the purpose of planning your dream wedding and will be kept confidential.  We will not sell, distribute or give your information to anyone for any purpose.
